As one season closes and another approaches, it’s important to keep in mind certain deadlines. Most notably, application and payment dates.
New Members
School applications are due by June 30. School membership fees are due by September 30.
Returning Members
Renewal applications are due by June 30. To qualify for the 25% early renewal discount, school membership fees must also be paid by June 30. After this date, school membership fees are due by September 30 at regular price.
Both
School membership dues must be paid before students can register. Students must register prior to entry in tournaments.
Student membership fees are invoiced toward the end of the season (early April) prior to the championship tournament. This allows for changes to occur throughout the season without penalty. Your school will only be invoiced for students who compete, not for everyone on your roster.
