Students must fill-out this form prior to competition in tournaments. This form is for league registration, not tournament registration. Only coaches can register students for specific tournaments. Additionally, this form does not create an account or login to the website. League staff will create your member account after registration and notify you later with instructions. If you do not plan to compete at tournaments during the school year, do not complete this form.
