The following tournament will be an in-person event. It will feature both team policy debate and speech. The LFA Season Opener will be held at Central Valley Christian School located at 5600 W. Tulare Ave. Visalia, CA 93277
Registration will open September 20th and will close on October 18th. Late registrations will not be accepted. Please make sure your students have completed their membership with the LFA to be eligible to compete.

Please contact the LFA office if you know for sure that a registered student will not be participating to avoid getting charged the tournament fee for a no-show.
Registration fees include dinner for Friday night only and light refreshments throughout the tournament. All other meals will be the responsibility of the competitor. Dinner will consist of pizza, salad, a beverage and a dessert.
Entry fees are as follows:
Debate Only- $25.00 per competitor
Speech Only- $25.00 per competitor
Speech & Debate- $40.00 per competitor
Trophies and medals will be awarded for all events.
